Sarah Winger, MHA, MA, LPCC

Sarah Winger is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Sarah is the founder of Shalom Shemesh, LLC, a behavioral health consulting practice that supports trauma-informed and culturally responsive care across New Mexico. She has overseen large community-based programs, provided direct clinical care, and holds a master’s degree in health administration. With deep experience in community mental health, Sarah partners with organizations to strengthen workforce development, promote compassionate systems of care, and elevate the role of mental health practitioners. Her work blends policy insight, curriculum design, and hands-on training to support healthier, more equitable communities.

Rebecca Walter, MAEd

Rebecca Walter is a consultant and project manager with a background in mental health and education. Throughout her career, she has served as an educator, counselor, and professional development leader, and has led a variety of projects to support organizational success and improve adolescent mental health and academic outcomes. As an independent consultant, she collaborates on projects that focus on improving system effectiveness and supporting personal human growth and development.

Mikahla Beutler, LPCC

Mikahla Beutler is a Licensed Clinical Counselor (LPCC), National Certified Counselor, and founder of Emergence Therapy, in Santa Fe, NM. In her 20+ years of experience she has taught graduate students, provided clinical supervision, facilitated continuing education courses, served as an independent school counselor, and managed a robust private practice. She currently provides training in the field of mental health for agency, school, and government programs to strengthen trauma-informed approaches and client-centered interventions. The core ethos of her work (and play!) is to come with curiosity.
