Lisa K. Jackson is a master’s level clinical counselor (LPCC), earned a Masters of Public Health in 2017 and is a certified Strategic Planning Facilitator. She has worked in community behavioral health and managed care organizations since 2003, and has served in roles such as Director of Behavioral Health Integration, Director of Utilization Management, Clinical Director, and Clinical Supervisor. She has proven success developing, leading and implementing numerous clinical and non-clinical programs, interventions, and projects. Lisa is known for her collaborative leadership style and effective working relationships with leaders, state government and stakeholders across a wide range of disciplines. Lisa is a dot connector who enjoys facilitating and big picture thinking.
Project Consultant, Trainer, Coach
Amanda Browne is a bilingual (Spanish and English) master’s level clinical social worker (LCSW) and earned a Masters of Public Health in 2018 from Columbia University. She has worked in community behavioral health since 2013, including as a Multi-systemic Therapy (MST) Therapist, clinician for youth and families, and a trainer for behavioral health providers in New Mexico. Prior to her clinical work, Amanda worked internationally on research and programming for community violence prevention interventions in Honduras, Mexico, Colombia, and Cameroon. She is known for her collaborative approach and inclusive engagement with diverse stakeholders, from the grassroots to government leadership. Amanda also provides insightful, strengths-based coaching and enjoys building towards a shared vision through grounded, measurable action.

Laurie Kerr is a certified Project Management Professional with experience successfully leading a wide range of complex projects - from IT projects to substance use treatment program implementation to creating new departments for a major healthcare system. She has experience in a variety of industries including more than 10 years in healthcare. Besides leading projects, she loves to mentor others on the tools and value of project management. Prior to project management, she owned her own business as a professional organizer specializing in helping business owners be more organized and efficient. Laurie is known for having a steady hand in difficult situations and for her excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff. Project owners know she is someone they can rely on to get projects done. Laurie is also a board member for the New Mexico Reentry Center, which is dedicated to assisting women stop the cycle of re-incarceration.
